How the Program works:

1. You must sign up prior to contacting a company, in order to be eligible for benefits.
2. You will be contacted within 24 hours by a participating professional.
3. Rebates will be credited to you at the close of Escrow. (Appraisals will need to be paid in advance at the time the Appraiser visits your home. The amount paid by you will be "refunded" up to a maximum of $500, at the close of Escrow.

List your $500,000 home with a participating broker for 6% commission*.  The 6% is usually split between the listing broker and the selling broker. That means your broker will receive 3% of $500,000. That would be $15,000. Your Rebate of $3000 will be credited to you at the close of Escrow.
If your are buying a home through a participating broker, the same calculation applies.

If you are refinancing your current home, the Appraiser will be paid by you at the time of the appraisal. The amount paid (up to a maximum of $500), will be credited to you at the close of Escrow
